- Manage collection and recovery activities for assigned MF loan portfolios.
- Ensure timely collection of EMI installments and overdue amounts from customers.
- Conduct field visits for follow-up with delinquent and overdue customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with borrowers and center members.
- Monitor repayment trends and identify high-risk accounts.
- Achieve collection efficiency and recovery targets as defined by the organization.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolution regarding loan repayments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure repayment discipline.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
- Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for recovery actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, collection practices, and regulatory norms.
- Prepare daily collection reports and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Support reduction of bucket roll-forward and NPA accounts.
- Assist in conducting center meetings and customer awareness programs.
