Position: Relationship Manager Department: Sales – Life Insurance Channel: Direct Sales Industry: Life Insurance Job Responsibilities : Generate recent business opportunities through direct sales activities. Identify and approach potential customers to promote life insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans. Conduct client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through references, personal networking and market visits.
Assist customers throughout the policy application and documentation process. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines during sales activities.
