Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Executive to acquire new photographers, manage existing customer relationships, and drive sales growth through regular field visits, customer engagement, and repeat business.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard new photographers through field sales and networking.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing photographers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Reactivate inactive photographers and drive repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, conversions, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfilment.





Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New photographers acquired per month

- New active photographers

- Monthly sales revenue

- Number of photographer meetings/visits
- Lead-to-customer conversion

- Reactivation of inactive photographers

- Repeat order rate

- Average order value

- Revenue from existing customers

Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / business development.
- Experience in photography, printing, wedding, gifting, advertising or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face.
- Good knowledge of Bangalore and willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
