Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales operations of our Oral Care product portfolio across Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing distribution networks, managing sales teams and strengthening market presence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer and retailer networks across Uttar Pradesh.
- Drive sales of oral care products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash and related products.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify current market opportunities and develop new distribution channels.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



pricing and product performance.
- Ensure product availability, market coverage and effective sales execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans and regular performance reports.
- Manage primary and secondary sales and ensure achievement of regional targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
- Strong experience in Oral Care, Personal Care or related FMCG categories preferred.
- Must have experience handling regional sales operations and distributor networks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field sales teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and market development skills.
- Good understanding of the Uttar Pradesh market.

Compensation 60k- 80k per month, depending on experience and profile.
