- PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone for Two-Wheeler
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual TW sales targets for the assigned region.
- Deliver , Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan
- Drive retail and wholesale sales performance through dealers and channel partners
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration in existing and new territories
- Monitor competition activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Ensure valuable quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- To build a high performing team , maintain Manage & ensure SO Productivity
- PDD tracking for loan disbursed
- Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution
- Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC
- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
