Role & responsibilities

- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth for Ice-cream category.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential distribution channels to expand market reach.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve their individual and collective targets.

- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Use market insights to develop effective sales and marketing plans and ensure the brand remains competitive.

- Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget for the Ice-cream category.

- Monitor expenses and financial performance,



ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

- Monitor product quality and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.

- Generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights for presentation to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Ice-cream or FMCG industry.

- Solid leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

- Strategic thinking & ability to devise effective sales & marketing plans.

- Analytical mindset & expert in data analysis tools & techniques
