Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

- Identify, appoint and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand the company's market presence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, architects, builders and other key customers.

- Drive secondary sales and ensure consistent business growth across the assigned territory.

- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets and potential projects.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.

- Work closely with dealers to improve product visibility, market penetration and brand positioning.

- Monitor dealer performance, outstanding payments and overall business development.

- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans and regular market performance reports.

- Coordinate with the head office for pricing, order processing, stock availability and customer support.





- Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives across the assigned region.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

- 38 years of experience in regional sales, preferably in ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, building materials or related industries.

- Strong understanding of dealer and distributor networks across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

- Proven experience in dealer appointment, channel development and territory expansion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Malayalam will be an added advantage.

- Must be willing and able to travel extensively for 15–20 days per month across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

- Must possess a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

- Solid market knowledge, business development capabilities and a target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with senior management.
