Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned regions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and hiring quality metrics.

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Functional Heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop recruitment plans based on workforce projections and business expansion needs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment pipeline.

Recruitment Drives
- Organize walk-in drives, bulk hiring events, and campus recruitment programs.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition initiatives.

Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate candidate documentation and background verification processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and induction of recent hires.
- Track joining ratios and early attrition trends.

MIS & Recruitment Analytics
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on hiring status, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruitment effectiveness.




- Monitor key recruitment KPIs and recommend improvement measures.

Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Support audits related to hiring and employee records.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of recruitment experience.
- Preference for candidates from Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sectors.
- Experience in volume hiring for sales and distribution roles is highly desirable.
- Age- Up to 35 years
- Notice period- 30 to 45 days preferred
