1. Overview & Processing the proposals of LAP & HL by conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per bank's credit policies.
2. Supervising & controlling delinquency.
3. Monitoring of loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising the timely preparation of MIS reports.
4. Understanding of local market in terms of Legal & Technical aspect of property.
5.



Fulfilling the credit training needs of the entire business team on a continued & timely basis.
6. Requirement In-depth knowledge/skill of:

- Through understanding of calculating eligibility under Assessment Method.
- Risk (credit/investment, operational, others) identification and mitigation.
- Banking products and procedures.
- Documentation.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.
- Nurturing, managing & imparting training to the team is also one of the core activities.
- Managing a team of Area Credit Managers/Credit Managers.
