About Ucaas

Ucaas is a telecom and cloud communications company offering UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, VoIP, Voice and SMS solutions to businesses. We are growing fast and looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build our team at our Mumbai office.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and closing offers
- Hire for sales, business development, customer support, technical and AI roles in the telecom / UCaaS space
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media
- Post jobs and manage job listings on portals
- Screen CVs and conduct first-round phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates, negotiate offers and manage joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports




- Support volume hiring drives and campus hiring when needed

Preferred candidate profile
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals is a plus
- Experience hiring for sales, telecom or IT roles is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Organised, target-driven and good at follow-ups
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / BBA in HR is a plus)
