Purpose of the Role The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for the Pune region, primarily focusing on sourcing and closing frontline sales positions, including Direct Sales Team (DST) and Sales Manager roles. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to meet hiring targets within defined timelines while ensuring quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for:

- Relationship Officer (DST)
- Sales Manager / Branch Manager / Resident Manager - DST

- Assistant Sales Manager (DST)
- Other sales positions as assigned.
- Understand manpower requirements and create sourcing plans region-wise.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, job portals, and field hiring drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, offer tracker, joining tracker, and hiring dashboards.




- Build talent pipelines for sales hiring across Pune and nearby locations.
- Drive recruitment campaigns, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives where required.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, quality of hire, and recruitment compliance.

Candidate Profile

- Graduation required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2-6 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in sales hiring, BFSI hiring, housing finance, NBFC, banking, or fintech recruitment preferred.
- Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling bulk and lateral hiring.
- Proficient in Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
