Job Role: Senior Analyst

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with strong end-to-end recruitment experience in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for domestic and international hiring.
- Understand client and business hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Identify talent gaps and assess candidates' skills and competencies.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Handle multiple recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Work independently and manage complex recruitment challenges.
