We're Hiring | HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Malad

Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 week-off

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment TAT
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience into Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Prior experience in volume hiring/ BPO recruitment will be an added advantage
