About the Role

Aviva Staffing is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Staffing Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.




- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.
