Job Overview

SML Finance Ltd is looking for a well-organized, customer-friendly, and responsible Receptionist cum Gold Loan / Operations Executive to manage front-office activities and support daily branch operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, reception management, gold loan operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- No fixed targets.
- Welcome customers and visitors and provide professional assistance.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and appointment coordination.
- Manage front-desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist customers with gold loan products, application procedures, and repayment-related queries.
- Support gold loan processing, documentation, KYC verification, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate customer records, files, and operational documents.
- Assist with loan disbursement, repayment entries, and other branch activities as required.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, gold loan operations, or financial services.
- Experience in gold loan processing and branch operations is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry and office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, honesty, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
