Bematic Architectural Studio is a design studio in Thrissur that creates premium home interiors, parametric wooden art, and switchable smart glass solutions. We work closely with architects, builders, and engineers across Kerala to bring high-end design into their projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken person to build connections with architects, builders, and engineers over the phone. You will call professionals from a contact list we provide, introduce our studio and products, and book meetings for our team. You will also handle the front desk and occasional studio visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Call architects, builders, and engineers from the database provided by the company
- Introduce Bematic Architectural Studio and our products clearly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and meetings for our team
- Follow up on calls and keep track of interested contacts
- Maintain a daily record of calls, responses, and appointments booked
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries




- Receive studio visitors and coordinate with the team when needed

Requirements

- Any degree
- Good communication skills in both Malayalam and English
- Confident and polite phone manner with professionals and premium clients
- Responsible, self-driven, and able to work toward daily calling targets
- Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp)

Preferred

- Any experience in tele-calling, customer support, or client relations is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
- Candidates living in or near Mundur / Thrissur
