Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React UI role based in Durg. The React UI qualified will design and build user interfaces for web applications using React, ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant front-end experiences.

Daily responsibilities include translating UI/UX mockups into reusable React components, implementing visual design details, and creating interactive prototypes to validate designs with stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to refine requirements,



optimize user flows, and maintain a consistent design system across the application. The individual will also troubleshoot front-end issues, write clean and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Mockups skills to create clear, attractive, and consistent user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) skills to validate interaction patterns and improve user journeys.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and component-based architecture is beneficial.
- Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs integration, version control systems (such as Git), and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar) is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive team environment are expected.
