Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to manage HL/LAP collections across 15 branches, with a primary focus on Hot Bucket accounts. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, ensuring timely customer follow-ups, reducing delinquency, achieving collection targets, and coordinating with branch teams to improve overall collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage HL and LAP collections operations across 15 branches.
2. Handle Hot Bucket collections and ensure timely resolution of overdue accounts.
3. Monitor daily collection performance and branch-wise targets.
4. Drive follow-ups for overdue EMI payments and delinquent accounts.
5. Track DPD (Days Past Due) and bucket-wise portfolio performance.
6. Coordinate with branch managers, collection executives, and regional teams.
7. Ensure timely customer contact and payment commitments.
8. Monitor PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure commitment adherence.
9. Identify high-risk accounts and take proactive collection measures.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS reports.
11. Conduct regular performance reviews across all 15 branches.

Drive productivity and improve collection efficiency.
13. Handle escalations and customer grievances.
14. Ensure compliance with company collection policies and RBI guidelines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HL and LAP collections.
- Experience in Hot Bucket collections.
- Knowledge of DPD and delinquency management.
- Expertise in PTP tracking and follow-ups.
- Multi-branch collections management.
- Team handling and target achievement.
- Solid MIS and Excel reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience & Qualification
- Experience in banking/NBFC collections.
- Prior experience in HL/LAP product collections preferred.
- Experience managing collections across multiple branches.
- Graduate in any discipline.
