We are seeking an experienced RAN Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in LTE/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) integration, small cell deployment, site commissioning, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting T-Mobile projects and working with Nokia and/or Ericsson RAN equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for integrating, configuring, commissioning, upgrading, and troubleshooting 4G LTE and 5G NR network elements, ensuring successful site integration and network readiness. Experience supporting U.S. telecom projects and collaborating with geographically distributed teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end integration and commissioning of LTE/5G RAN sites and small cell deployments.
- Integrate and configure Nokia and/or Ericsson RAN equipment, including eNodeB and gNodeB network elements.
- Execute site commissioning, software upgrades, parameter configuration, and network readiness checks.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, hardware/software issues, alarms, connectivity problems, and configuration mismatches.
- Configure and validate RAN parameters to meet network design and deployment requirements.
- Perform pre-integration and post-integration checks, site acceptance testing, and integration verification.
- Analyze alarms, logs, and performance indicators to identify and resolve integration-related issues.
- Coordinate with field teams, RF engineers, transport teams, OEM support teams, and customer stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Follow OEM procedures, customer integration guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain integration documentation, issue trackers, test results, and site completion reports.




- Support U.S.-based project teams, including meetings and technical coordination aligned with U.S. business hours when required.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in RAN integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting .
- Working knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies.
- Experience integrating eNodeB/gNodeB and small cell network elements.
- Practical experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson RAN equipment.
- Knowledge of site integration, configuration management, software upgrades, and parameter validation.
- Experience identifying and resolving integration failures, alarms, and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with OEM-specific element management systems, integration tools, and network management platforms.
- Understanding of RAN architecture, site connectivity, and basic IP networking.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution.

Mandatory Requirements

1. T-Mobile Project Experience: Prior hands-on experience working on a T-Mobile project is mandatory. Candidates must be able to explain the project, duration, responsibilities, and technologies supported.
2. OEM Integration Experience: Hands-on integration experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson is mandatory. Candidates must specify the OEM and the duration of experience with each.
3. RAN Integration Experience: Practical experience with LTE/5G RAN or small cell integration, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
4. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve site integration issues, alarms, configuration errors, and software-related integration problems.
5. Communication and Coordination: Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based project teams and support project requirements across time zones.
