We are looking for an experienced Radiology Incharge to supervise departmental operations, guide radiology technicians and ensure safe, efficient diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily radiology operations, staff deployment and duty rosters.
- Coordinate with radiologists, consultants, nursing teams and other departments for timely investigations.
- Monitor patient preparation, identification, positioning and imaging quality.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety practices, applicable AERB requirements and hospital protocols.
- Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration and breakdown support.
- Monitor investigation turnaround times and resolve workflow delays.
- Maintain departmental records, quality assurance documentation and inventory.
- Train staff and participate in competency assessments, audits and NABH-related activities.
- Ensure professional communication, patient comfort and timely escalation of concerns.





Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.
- 5-15 years of relevant radiology experience, preferably with supervisory or departmental leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of imaging workflows, equipment handling, radiation safety and quality assurance.
- Valuable communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Experience in a multispeciality or super speciality hospital preferred.
