Role & responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and cooling equipment.

Attend field service calls and resolve technical issues at customer/project locations.

Diagnose electrical and refrigeration-related faults and carry out necessary repairs.

Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, electrical components, sensors, controllers, and related systems.

Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and basic refrigeration system maintenance.

Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and job completion reports.

Coordinate with supervisors, customers,



and project teams during field activities.

Follow all required safety procedures and company guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI must be in Refrigeration / RAC or Electrical Trade.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in refrigeration, air-conditioning, cold-chain, or related field service.

Strong troubleshooting and basic electrical knowledge.

Willingness to travel and work at different field locations.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should be comfortable with field-based work.
