Role - R2R Operations -Team Management

Location - Bangalore

Shift - US Shift

Experience - 7-12 Years

Roles & Responsibility -

- Manage Record to Report operations of specific region(s) assigned in the most effective and cost effective way
- Meet / Exceed and improve KPI and quality targets in the operations
- Actively involve in development, integration and transfer of the processes from regions to GFC
- Drive standardization of the Record to Report processes
- Actively identify and drive continuous improvement efforts
