A development consulting and project monitoring organisation in Noida sector 3- is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of relevant building-project experience.

The role focuses on quantity surveying, cost estimation, commercial documentation and construction support. The successful candidate will independently prepare quantity take-offs, review bills of quantities (BOQs), monitor project costs and coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural, structural and other relevant drawings and independently prepare quantity take-offs for building works.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and rate analyses.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation and commercial schedules.
- Measure completed works and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Review variations and additional works and assess their cost implications.
- Monitor project costs during construction and identify cost deviations.
- Review contractor payment applications and supporting measurement documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and site teams on project requirements.
- Prepare, review and maintain technical drawings, calculations, specifications, BOQs, estimates, reports and site records, as applicable.
- Coordinate technical comments, drawing revisions, approvals and final submissions with relevant project stakeholders.




- Maintain clear records of technical decisions, actions, revisions, measurements and approvals.
- Provide practical technical support during construction and coordinate with project and site teams to address execution-related issues.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Demonstrated experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation.
- Experience in measurement of completed works, variation assessment and contractor payment applications.
- Ability to independently review drawings, calculate quantities and monitor costs during construction.
- Demonstrated experience in construction or execution monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with CostX, PlanSwift or equivalent quantity take-off software.
- Good knowledge of applicable building codes, standards and construction practices.
- Robust analytical, reporting, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical deliverables and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.

Work Schedule:
- Location: Noida Sector 3
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm) ; Saturday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- 2nd & 4th Sat off
