A. Quality Management System (QMS)

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
3. Prepare, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
4. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external and customer audits.
5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes.

B. Production Quality Control
1. Monitor quality at every stage of manufacturing and fabrication.
2. Ensure inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
3. Verify fabrication, welding, machining, bending, cutting, and assembly quality.
4. Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
5. Monitor inspection reports and ensure timely clearance of production materials.

C. Customer Quality & Coordination
1. Handle customer quality complaints and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
2.



Coordinate with customers for inspections and quality approvals.
3. Ensure customer-specific quality requirements are implemented.
4. Prepare and submit inspection reports and quality documents.
5. Maintain valuable coordination with Production, Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.

D. Quality Improvement & Problem Solving
1. Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Use quality tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and 8D Reports.
3. Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
4. Implement process improvements to improve product quality and productivity.
5. Monitor quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
