We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer and company quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections of products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify defects, rejections and non-conformities during production.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain documents such as Check Sheets, Inspection Reports and Quality Records.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S and quality procedures on the shop floor.
- Monitor rejection, rework and customer complaint trends.




- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Support internal audits, customer audits and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, wherever applicable.
- Conduct quality awareness and inspection training for production operators.

Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Department.
- Experience in automobile or automotive component manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of shop-floor inspection and quality documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and resolve quality issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
