Quality Control Intern

We are an established spices, dry fruits and traditional ingredients business seeking a Quality Control Intern to support product quality and food safety checks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with inspection of incoming ingredients, in-process materials and finished products.
- Support sampling and routine quality checks.
- Check packaging, labelling, batch details and product condition.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists and test observations.
- Help monitor hygiene, storage conditions and food safety procedures.
- Report quality concerns and support follow-up actions.
- Maintain the quality of products in the warehouses.

Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology,



Chemistry or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, basic documentation skills and willingness to learn.
- Interest in food quality, hygiene and safety.
- Freshers are welcome.

Remuneration and Perks
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Free food and accommodation are available on an optional basis.

Work Location In person at Mattanchery Bazar Road, Kochi, Kerala.
