Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Quality Control role based in Delhi, India. The role involves monitoring and evaluating power generation and distribution processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests, documenting results, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The position also involves coordinating quality audits, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high uptime and service reliability.



The role requires careful adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and best practices across all operational activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent process standards in the power or energy sector.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Quality Auditing, including planning, execution, and reporting of internal and external audits.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent qualified qualification.
- Experience in power generation, energy, utilities, or heavy industry environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple priorities.
