We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will be the gatekeeper of our part standards and the primary bridge between our factory floor and external buyer inspection teams. You do not need prior technical quality experience—we will provide full training. If you have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and excellent communication habits, we want to groom you for a long-term career in manufacturing quality management.

Key Duties & Tasks1. Floor Inspection & Process Control

- Line Audits: Conduct regular floor walks to inspect products at various stages of the assembly line against approved specifications and "golden samples."
- First-Piece Approval: Verify the first item produced at the start of a shift or batch to ensure setup accuracy before mass production proceeds.
- Defect Identification: Spot, tag, and segregate visual or functional defects, immediately alerting the production supervisor of recurring issues.
- Line Clearance: Verify that machines and assembly areas are clean, correctly set up, and free of remnants from previous batches before a current run begins.

2. Documentation & Precise Record Keeping

- Daily Quality Logs: Maintain neat, hourly, or daily physical and digital logs tracking defect rates, types of errors, and total passed units.
- Data Entry: Input floor quality metrics into Microsoft Excel or the factory’s internal ERP tracking software.
- Traceability Maintenance: Organize and file inspection reports by batch numbers, dates,



and production lines to ensure seamless issue tracking.

3. Buyer QC & Client Liaison

- Audit Preparation: Coordinate and arrange product samples, approved tech-packs, and internal factory data reports ahead of external buyer inspections.
- Hosting Buyer Teams: Act as the welcoming, professional point of contact for the buyer’s internal or third-party QC inspectors during factory visits.
- Joint Inspections: Walk the floor alongside the buyer’s QC team, assisting them with sample testing, taking notes on their feedback, and documenting any rejected items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, technical diploma (ITI), or basic university degree.
- Experience: None required. Full technical training on product specifications and testing tools will be provided by the company.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for digital record-keeping.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to confidently explain standards to floor workers and report data to external buyers.
- Traits: Sharp observational skills, a high level of personal integrity (never hiding errors), and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
