We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to test our AI-powered computer vision platform for workplace safety. You will execute test cases, report defects, validate AI detection use cases and work closely with developers and the QA team to deliver high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand PRDs and acceptance criteria; create and execute test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

- Log, track, and retest defects in Jira with clear steps and evidence.

- Validate AI detection use cases using recorded and live camera feeds, and report false positives and false negatives.

- Test alerts, dashboards, and reports for accuracy and data consistency.

- Perform API testing using Postman and data validation using SQL.

- Participate in release testing and share timely progress updates.

- Handle camera footage and customer data in line with privacy and confidentiality practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on software testing experience.

- Positive understanding of STLC, SDLC, and the defect life cycle.

- Experience with Jira,



Postman, and basic SQL.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to reproduce issues accurately.

- Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

- Basic automation knowledge (Selenium or Playwright) and Git.

- Interest in or exposure to testing AI/ML or computer vision products.

- Awareness of accuracy metrics (precision, recall, false positives/negatives).

- Ability to test AI across varied conditions (lighting, camera angle, distance, occlusion).

- Familiarity with video concepts such as RTSP streams, frame rate, and resolution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
