Role Overview

We are looking for a QNXT / Facets Data Tester with strong experience in US Healthcare/Payer, QNXT (OR) Facets, Snowflake, and SQL. The role will focus on functional and data testing across healthcare domains including Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and data validation testing.
- Validate QNXT/ Facets data across Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility modules.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and backend testing using Snowflake and SQL.
- Validate ETL/data migration, transformation, and source-to-target data.
- Create and execute test cases and manage defects through resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
- Support UAT and collaborate with business, development, and data teams.
- Ensure data quality and adherence to healthcare requirements.

Mandatory Skills





- 3 to 5+ years of QA/Data Testing experience.
- Hands-on QNXT/Facets testing experience.
- Strong US Healthcare/Payer domain knowledge.
- Experience with Claims, Membership, Provider & Eligibility.
- Solid Snowflake data testing experience.
- Strong SQL for backend validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with ETL/Data Migration Testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case creation, and defect management.

Nice to Have

- AWS exposure.
- Test automation experience.
- Healthcare Data Warehouse/reporting validation.
- Agile/Scrum experience.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Vadodara Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
