Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QS & Planning Engineer to handle project estimation, quantity surveying, cost control, project planning, and execution monitoring. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction activities, BOQ preparation, and project scheduling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Analyse drawings and prepare material quantity calculations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
- Coordinate with project, site, purchase, and execution teams.
- Track project costs and identify cost variations.
- Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
- Prepare rate analysis and evaluate material requirements.




- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.

Skills Required:
- Positive knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Project Planning.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage

Qualification.
- Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:
- 25 years of relevant experience in QS, estimation, and project planning.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in construction, building solutions, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
