Role Description The QHSE Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across hospitality and facility operations. This role includes implementing and monitoring QHSE policies, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

The QHSE Supervisor investigates incidents and near-misses, prepares reports, and recommends corrective and preventive actions. Daily activities involve coordinating safety trainings,



promoting a culture of safe work practices, verifying adherence to hygiene protocols, and supporting audits related to QHSE and food safety. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, kitchen, and facility teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to implement and maintain safety programs on-site.
- Experience in Setting Health and Safety (EHS), including environmental compliance and sustainable operational practices.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation and Inspection, including root-cause analysis and conducting regular audits or walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of QHSE management systems, relevant ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks such as FSSAI and local safety regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional certifications in safety or QHSE are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, facility management, catering, healthcare, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training skills, with the ability to influence and guide operational teams.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple locations and respond promptly to operational and safety needs.
