Job Summary:

1. Inspect all raw materials and parts received to make sure they meet quality standards.
2.



Check the quality of parts during different stages of pump manufacturing.
3. Prepare daily inspection and quality reports and keep proper records.
4. Do final inspection of hydraulic gear pumps before packing and dispatch.
5. Use Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other necessary measuring tools to check part dimensions and ensure they meet specified tolerances.
6. Follow ISO system and companys quality procedures properly
7. Inspect parts received from vendors and give feedback if any defect is found.
8. Help in analyzing and solving customer complaints related to quality.
9. Support the quality team during internal audits and prepare required documents.
10. Perform both visual and size/dimension checks as per drawing or standard.

Essential to nail the Job 1 . Education

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Quality / Engineering discipline

1. Experience

13 years in quality inspection, testing, or quality assurance in manufacturing (hydraulic pumps preferred)
1. Skills

Inspection of components, dimensional checks, use of measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, calipers), documentation, reporting non-conformities
1. IT Skills

MS Office (Excel, Word), familiarity with quality management systems (QMS / ERP)
1. Managerial Skills and Interpersonal

Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, team coordination, adherence to quality standards
