Role & responsibilities

Implement and manage PQP, QAP, ITP, ITR, and QA/QC documentation.

Inspect HP/UHP utility systems including UPW, CDA, Nitrogen, Specialty Gases, and Chemical Distribution Systems.

Monitor piping fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities.

Verify MTCs, heat numbers, material traceability, and welding documentation.

Oversee orbital welding quality, weld traceability, purging, and oxygen control.

Witness hydrotest, pneumatic test, helium leak testing, flushing, passivation, and cleanliness verification.

Manage NCRs, RCA, CAPA, punch list closure, and quality dossiers.

Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Contractors, Vendors, and Clients.

Key Requirements

5+ years in Mechanical/Electrical Process QA/QC or Commissioning.

Experience in Cleanroom Construction Projects.

Hands-on experience with HP/UHP Utility Systems.

Strong knowledge of

UPW (Ultra Pure Water)





CDA (Clean Dry Air)

Nitrogen Systems

Specialty Gas Systems

Chemical Distribution Systems

Experience with Orbital Welding and GTAW (SS316L) piping systems.

Knowledge of contamination control and clean installation practices.

Experience with

Helium Leak Testing

Hydro/Pneumatic Testing

Passivation & Flushing

Mechanical Completion & Commissioning

Solid understanding of MTC verification, weld traceability, NCR, RCA, and CAPA.

Familiarity with ASME, AWS, SEMI standards, P&IDs;, and Isometric Drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
