Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
- Develop automated test scripts using Pytest and Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Automate REST API testing using Python Requests or similar libraries.
- Design and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform database testing using SQL queries.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Identify, report, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Perform cross-browser and compatibility testing.
- Participate in code reviews and improve automation framework efficiency.
- Prepare test reports, test documentation, and execution metrics
