Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software, identifying defects, documenting test results, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues before product release.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to understand testing needs.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
- Conduct manual testing of web applications and software products.
- Validate application functionality against business requirements.
- Perform retesting after defects are fixed and ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare QA reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to improving testing processes.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant QA or software testing certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing.
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Ability to identify defects, analyze issues, and work collaboratively with technical teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
