Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Python scripting and application support.
- Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, incident management, and observability.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and RDS.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Experience supporting Microservices and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
