In this role, you will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and cloud architects to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will blend robust backend server-side development with fluid frontend experiences, utilizing Agile practices and cloud-native solutions.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

- Application Development: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Python and ReactJS.
- API & Microservices Architecture: Develop scalable backend services, microservices, and high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask.
- Front-End Engineering: Build interactive, responsive interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern design utilities (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/UI).
- Cloud Engineering (Azure): Deploy and support cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure,



integrating services like Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault.
- Data Integration: Leverage Pandas, Polars, or PySpark for data transformation and optimize Microsoft SQL Server query performance.
- Emerging Tech Adoption: Assist in designing and integrating Generative AI workflows and Large Language Model (LLM) components into client products.
- Engineering Standards: Write automated tests using PyTest, perform code reviews, and drive continuous improvement via Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role

- Experience: 6–10 years of professional software development experience, with a heavy emphasis on production-grade Python full-stack applications.
- Core Backend Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python 3.x, FastAPI, Flask, and SQL relational database optimization (MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- Core Frontend Stack: Solid hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and semantic HTML/CSS layouts.
- Cloud & DevOps: Solid background building cloud applications on Azure or AWS, writing containerized environments using Docker, and managing infrastructure pipelines.
- Methodologies: Active experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum project teams.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with AI-augmented development tools (like Claude Code) or prompt engineering paradigms
