AI / Generative AI EngineerRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI / Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, NLP, FastAPI, Flask, and Agentic AI to design and build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end GenAI architectures for AI assistants, RAG systems, conversational AI, and agentic applications.
- Build and deploy production-ready AI/GenAI systems with focus on scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and contextual generation.
- Implement LLM applications, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, agile functions, context management, and AI agents.
- Apply NLP techniques for intent detection, entity extraction, semantic search, summarization, question answering, and conversational AI.




- Lead and mentor the Python/AI engineering team, including task allocation, technical guidance, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Own technical architecture and make technology decisions across LLMs, vector databases, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Take AI solutions from POC to production, including testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
