Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase planning & Estimation Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials for production. The role involves vendor coordination, inventory monitoring, purchase planning, Estimation and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

ERP & Data Management

- Create and maintain Vendor Master and Item Master records in SAP
- Perform accurate data entry and regular updates in ERP software
- Maintain and organize operational and purchase-related data
- Coordinate with internal departments for ERP-related updates and corrections
- Ensure proper documentation and database accuracy

Excel & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced MS Excel
- Update purchase trackers, inventory records, and status reports
- Monitor pending orders, open GRNs, invoice status, and stock records
- Maintain digital records and MIS reports for management review

Purchase & System Coordination

- Support Purchase Order processing and tracking
- Update purchase price lists and vendor information in the system
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for order status and documentation




- Assist in maintaining system records related to procurement activities

Logistics & Inventory Data Support

- Maintain transport and dispatch-related entries in the software
- Verify transport bills and maintain records for Accounts coordination
- Support stock count activities and update inventory data in SAP

Documentation & Audit Support

- Maintain organized soft and hard copy records
- Prepare documentation required for ISO and internal audits
- Ensure all operational records are updated and properly filed

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP software
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good typing speed and data handling accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable analytical and coordination skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of data systematically
- Good communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate or Diploma
- Fresher - 2 years of experience in end-to-end procurement
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Excel
