Responsibilities
- Source aerospace raw materials and standard parts from suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations to finalise suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Ensure procurement compliance with AS9100 standards and customer requirements.
- Verify supplier documents, including MTC, CoC, and traceability records.
- Monitor inventory and resolve supplier quality issues.
- Maintain procurement records and support import activities.
