Qualification: Graduation (BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent)

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source materials, products, and services required for company operations and projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain strong market knowledge of various materials, their availability, and prevailing market prices.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor purchase orders, material requirements, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of material markets, pricing, and supplier networks.
- Excellent sourcing and vendor management skills.
- Strong negotiation and cost-control abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing procedures.
- Ability to identify suitable suppliers and source materials independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduate qualification.

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Experience in material sourcing and price negotiations will be preferred.
