Manage daily store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance and inventory control. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. Prepare GRNs and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts for material inspection, issuance and movement. Ensure proper material identification, labelling and systematic storage. Monitor stock levels, conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable. Identify shortages, excess and obsolete stock. Maintain store documentation, inventory reports and ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S practices.
