Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process for our real estate and construction projects.The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable vendors, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices, coordinating approvals, managing purchase orders, ensuring timely material delivery, verifying material quality and quantity, and coordinating invoice and payment processes.The candidate should have good vendor management, negotiation, coordination and cost-control skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand purchase requirements from project/site teams.

- Identify suppliers/vendors and obtain quotations.

- Compare quotations based on price, quality, specifications and delivery timelines.

- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.

- Prepare and submit quotations along with comparative statements to management for approval before placing purchase orders.

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).





- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.

- Coordinate with site teams to verify material quality, quantity and specifications.

- Coordinate vendor payments through cheque/online transfers after approval.

- Verify supplier invoices, GST details and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with the accounts team for GST invoice verification.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs and payment records.

Required Skills

- Experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.

- Valuable vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of construction materials and supplier markets.

- Knowledge of invoices and purchase documentation.

- Strong coordination, communication and cost-control skills.

- Preferred: Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction or Infrastructure companies.
