WE'RE HIRING | Purchase Executive
Location: Surat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹3.60 LPA
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
Industry: Yarn Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation and relationships.
- Handle purchase orders and material procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Store, Production and QC teams.
- Ensure timely material delivery and quality compliance.
- Manage purchase documentation, invoices and ERP entries.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchase, procurement and vendor management.
- Preferred industry experience: Textile, Fabric, Yarn or Packaging Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in raw material sourcing and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of inventory coordination and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and ERP systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
