URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry are requested to apply. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle purchase orders and procurement of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment materials.
- Identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, challans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper purchase documentation and GST compliance.

Required Skills

- Relevant purchase experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and email knowledge.
- Basic GST knowledge.
- SAP Business One (SAP B1) / ERP experience highly preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
