Purchase Executive – Spinning Mill

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month(based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our spinning mill in Coimbatore.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 year of experience in purchase and store operations.
- Spinning mill experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of spinning mill purchase procedures and materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and inventory-related work).
- Ability to maintain purchase records, stock registers, and coordinate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase activities for spinning mill requirements.
- Maintain inventory and store records accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders,



and deliveries.
- Verify incoming materials and maintain stock levels.
- Prepare purchase reports and documentation.
- Work closely with production and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate:

- Female candidate.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of handling purchase and store functions independently.
