Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and write proposals for RFPs, RFIs, and other client requirements.

- Create executive summaries, technical approaches, solution overviews, and case studies.

- Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams.

- Manage proposal timelines, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.

- Review proposals for accuracy, quality, formatting, and compliance.

- Maintain reusable proposal templates and content repositories.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

- Experience in proposal writing, preferably in the software or enterprise IT industry.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

- Strong project management and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

- Familiarity with proposal management tools, proposal lifecycle, and CRM is preferred.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
