Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential flats and independent houses, manage tenant relationships, handle rental operations, and coordinate property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily residential property operations and tenant relationships.
- Advertise vacant properties and acquire recent tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings, rental negotiations, and lease agreements.
- Manage rent collection, outstanding payments, property taxes, and expenses.
- Handle tenant complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain property records, lease documents, and financial reports.
- Coordinate property inspections,



tenant move-outs, and lease terminations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable property regulations.
