We are looking Dynamic Property manager who can handle end to end operation who worked previously with Real Estate and Building Management , to know Financial management, Legal management , Govt office Lesioning and good set of Skill sets , the Job Preferred in Bangalore & Immidiate Joiners Preferred .

- End-to-end property and building operations management.
- Financial management, budgeting, rental collections, and cost control.
- Property-related legal documentation and statutory compliance.
- Government department liaisoning, including BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB, Sub-Registrar and other authorities.
- Tenant management, leasing, rental agreements, and renewals.
- Building maintenance, facility management, security, and housekeeping.
- Vendor management, contract negotiations, and team supervision.
- MIS reporting, financial monitoring, and operational administration.





Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Real Estate and Building Management.
- Good knowledge of financial and legal management.
- Experience in government office liaisoning.
- Excellent administration, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete property operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Preference:

- Previous experience in Real Estate / Commercial Building / Residential Property Management.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
